I went into the studio in Nashville with some of my favorite musicians, Jeff King (Reba), Bruce Bouton, Tony Morra, Duncan Mullins, & Jobe Reno, to record
this punchy-energetic, patriotic song for America.
We can't deny the country is going through some rough economical times, but the one thing we can
do is stay positive. The song was written by me
and my amazing father Jobey Reno to show
people through song that America is still the
greatest nation on earth.

On the last day of summer right before the leaves started to change and the ice froze the city inside Nashville. Ben and Reed Thomas Lawrence went out and did a photo shoot to support the new music and website. "I wanted something gritty and give you that feeling of 1950's black and white photography. I always loved old photography done of James Dean and Bob Dylan. I think Reed did a nice job capturing that "classic" vibe to go along with the new music", says Ben.

The New Single is Finally done, Ben is proud to say. The song is expected to hit all musical airstreams for the elections starting in 2012. "We went into the studio for about a week in September right around my birthday to record this new song I wrote for America. "It's not your normal patriotic song," it's a little more punchy and sings about how America is still the greatest nation on earth, even through these rough economical times. "Along my travels to some foreign countries this last summer with some family friends, I saw how bad they have it in other parts of the world. We are so lucky to have our freedom and lucky to be able to be what we wanna be. We have so many great opportunities, if we focus on the positive and keep the negative thinking out of our minds. I then came back to the states, and turned on the television and heard the news jittering about stuff that has no relevance to our nations people. What about the people of America?! Let's report something like how we are gonna bless one another, help one another, and love one another. I love this country and I love the Lord. I wrote this song with my amazing father that is a highly skilled accomplished musician himself and songwriter. We wrote it literally in about 1 hour and then recorded it like three days later. I went into the studio in Nashville with some of my favorite musicians, Jeff King (Reba), Bruce Bouton, Tony Morra, Duncan Mullins, Jobe Reno, and this is what we came up.
